The Institute’s Office is a unit under the National Institute for Economics and Finance, responsible for assisting and advising the Institute’s President in administrative management, finance, consulting activities, logistics, personnel affairs, and emulation and commendation activities of the Institute.

Responsibilities: 

- Overall management of office operations; 

- Directly oversees and monitors the work of the personnel, archives and records unit.

Position: Deputy Chief of Office and Chief Accountant

Academic Title/Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Responsibilities: 

- Serves as Chief Accountant; 

- Directly supervises and organizes the operations of the finance, accounting, and administration units.

Bùi Thị Thanh Hoa

MSc. Bui Thi Thanh Hoa

Position: Deputy Chief of Office

Academic Title/Degree: Master’s Degree

Responsibilities: 

- Monitors the Institute’s work plan and consultancy activities; 

- Directly supervises and organises the consultancy activities; 

- Takes lead in organizing the formulation of the Institute’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
