Division of Macroeconomics and Forecasting

The Division of Macroeconomics and Forecasting is a unit under the National Institute for Economics and Finance, responsible for assisting the Institute’s President in conducting research for the development of economic and financial strategies and policies, socio-economic development plans, and in carrying out scientific research in macroeconomics, forecasting, and finance.

MSc. Le Thi Mai Lien Position: Head of the Division of Macroeconomics and Forecasting Academic Title/Degree: Master’s Degree Responsibilities: - Oversees research in the field of Macroeconomics; - Conducts research and formulates economic and finance strategies and policies; conducts studies on socio-economic development planning and national master plan to support the Ministry of Finance’s state management functions; - Conducts scientific research in the areas of macroeconomics, forecasting, and finance. - Performs other duties as assigned. |

Dinh Thi Ninh Giang Position: Deputy Head of the Division of Macroeconomics and Forecasting Academic Title/Degree: Master’s Degree Responsibilities: - Engages in research related to macroeconomics; - Conducts research and formulates economic and finance strategies and policies; - Studies development institutions and socio-economic development models; - Conducts scientific research in the fields of socio-economic studies and finance. - Performs other duties as assigned. |
