The Division of Enterprise Development and Business Environment is a unit under the National Institute for Economics and Finance, responsible for assisting the Institute’s President in conducting research, formulating strategies and policies, analyzing and forecasting related to enterprise development and the business environment in service of the Ministry of Finance’s state management functions; conducting scientific research in the fields of enterprise development and business environment.

Dr. Le Quang Thuan Position: Head of the Division of Enterprise Development and Business Environment Academic Title/Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Responsibilities: - Overall supervision of the Division’s activities; - Conducts scientific research in areas related to enterprise development and the business environment; - Directly responsible for research and involves in the formulation, evaluation, and critical review of mechanisms and policies on state investment and capital management in enterprises; state-owned enterprises; transformation of public service units into enterprises; mechanisms and policies for the development of private enterprises, cooperatives, and household businesses; state management mechanisms and policies on pricing, price appraisal, accounting, and auditing; as well as policies for the development of public–private partnerships (PPP); - Performs other duties as assigned. |

Thai Binh Duong Position: Deputy Head of the Division of Enterprise Development and Business Environment Academic Title/Degree: Master’s Degree Responsibilities: - Conducts scientific research in areas related to enterprise development and the business environment; - Directly responsible for research and involves in the formulation, evaluation, and critical review of mechanisms and policies aimed at improving the business environment and enhancing enterprise competitiveness; - Performs other duties as assigned. |
